About Daniel Padgett

Dan might be a New Jersey native, but growing up with his extended family in North Carolina made him feel like a Charlottean at heart. An avid entrepreneur from a very young age, Dan ran numerous small businesses in his home town, taking pride in strong client relations and gaining his community's trust and respect along the way. He obtained his New Jersey real estate license while studying Management and Employee Relations at Rutgers University, and became an active agent by the time he was 19. He graduated with honors in 2017 and has strategically applied his educational background to real estate ever since.Recently moving to the Queen City, he currently resides in South End, where he enjoys attending car shows, biking, hiking, photography, hanging with friends, and exploring everything Charlotte has to offer. He is very personable and enjoys building rapport with everyone he meets.Dan will be with his clients every step of the way!
